Returns + Exchanges

In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, the item(s) must satisfy all of the following requirements:

- Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors or stains.

- All tags must be attached and show no signs of being tampered with or reattached.

There are NO EXCEPTIONS to the requirements previously stated. Our returns department has the right to deny any return that does not meet the above-stated conditions. In the case that a return is denied, no credit or exchange will be issued.

RETURNS:

If you would like to return an item for a refund or file for an instant exchange, please email us at info@deluxdollhouse.com with the order number and the name used on the order.

- We have a 10-day return policy after the shipment is received.

- All refunds will be returned to the original payment method associated with the order.

EXCHANGES:

- Size, item exchanges, and faulty or damaged items may be completed by emailing customer service at info@deluxdollhouse.com.

FINAL SALE ITEMS:

- All items identified with a sale tag or clarified as FINAL SALE in the description are not eligible to be returned. These items do not qualify for a refund, store credit, or exchange in size.

SHIPPING:

- Orders placed on weekdays are typically processed the same day or the next business day, and orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day.

- We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages and are not responsible for shipping delays on the shipping carrier’s part.

- Customers who place orders with a PO box shipping address are automatically assuming responsibility for the successful delivery of their order. We are not responsible for any misdeliveries or unclaimed packages.

- If your package is lost, stolen, or misdelivered, as the recipient of the package, you are required to get in contact with the corresponding shipping carrier to file a claim. We can provide you with all the necessary information for the investigation; however, please keep in mind that this is a matter outside of our control.

- Please note that mistakes made on behalf of the customer will result in additional shipping costs.

- Once your order has been processed and shipped out, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information and link.
